yin yoga

i find yin yoga interesting as its floor based.

some stretches are similar to tai chi moves

and pilates exercises.

just discovered a new method yumeiho

and it mentions cox stretching too, another method

and most likely is similar to rossiter exercise system

also due to an interest in pilates have got very interested in the psoas muscle.

seems key in a lot of areas, mostly posture and movement.
